Expanding Independence Across Iowa. Supported Community Living is coming to more communities! We help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live confidently in their own homes. By focusing on essential life skills and personal autonomy, CCOI ensures every individual has the support needed for a meaningful, self-directed life.

 

Independence With a Partner Who Cares. Community Care of Iowa (CCOI) walks alongside you as you build a life of your own. Our SCL services are designed to boost confidence through:

  • Life Skills: Household management, safety, and wellness.

  • Connection: Transportation, socialization, and community involvement.

  • Future Planning: Employment readiness and financial support.
